·         Section 1031 Exchangeware 2.0 provides secure password protected internet portal to access all information for a particular Exchange transaction, including documents, bank accounts, and contact information. 

·         On or before the closing date, the financial data is uploaded to the Section 1031 Exchange Taxable Boot Calculator to alert the client as to potential tax impact of the transaction and to take remedial action.  

·         After the final closing date the financial data is uploaded into our Tax Software to prepare Form 8824.
